🌺In anticipation of Veterans Day we would like to honor Private First Class Stephen Caleb Forrest of California🌺
Today we honor Private First Class Stephen Caleb Forrest, of Westminster California, who served with Company B, 1st Amphibious Tractor Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, Third Marine Amphibious Force. Stephen was fatally wounded on July 4, 1966 in the Quang Nam province of South Vietnam. He was 18 years old.
A recipient of the Purple Heart Medal, Private First Class Forrest is honored on the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial in Washington DC on Panel 08E Line 129. Stephen lies in rest at Saint Ann Cemetery in Cranston Rhode Island. Lest We Forget.
